One registration form per team.

To register, please click on this link: Registration Form. Please take a look at the form, consult with your team members, and fill it out accordingly.

Point Person: The person filling out the form should be an adult, and provide their email address in the first field. This person is the “point person” for the team. They will receive an Onboarding Email that contains the zoom link for the Fan4 test as well as student answer forms and instructions before the test. This information will be sent to the Point Person’s email, and they can forward this email to the parents of the other 3 team members.

Parent Emails: If you, as the Point Person, would like the Onboarding Email to go directly to the parents of the other team members, you can simply enter the parents' emails in the form. It’s an option worth considering. But it is not required.
